Guess what? Today is also my assistant's birthday! And because this is a BIG birthday (heck, they are ALL big at her age), I decided to let her share a few pictures from her "adventure" last week.

Now, if you look closely (middle on the left) the crazy lady waving her arms in the air is my assistant overcoming her fear of heights. All of a sudden, she's a mountain climber ...
